January honey remedies

Cold? …What Cold?? A mixture of honey and cinnamon for colds has been used for generations! Cinnamon is also beneficial as it contains anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and antioxidant properties. Honey and cinnamon are powerful immune boosters and make you feel refreshed and ready to take on the day! You can use this remedy to not only reduce the length of your cold, but also prevent future colds or other viruses Try the honey & cinnamon mixture and let us know if it helped. Ingredients: 1 teaspoon your fave Quince honey 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1. Mix honey and cinnamon. 2. Take it 2 times a day, for 3 days as soon as you feel a cold or flu coming on. Love tea? Try a honey and cinnamon tea Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of honey 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon 1 cup of water 1. Bring water to a light boil, remove from heat and pour into a glass. 2. Add honey, cinnamon, lemon, and stir. 3. Drink the tea 2 times a day, for 3 days. Don’t let cold and flu season hold you back. New additional opening times

For the remainder of the winter (until March 25th 2016) the play area will be open as usual on Wednesdays and weekends but also Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 2pm until 5.30pm. There will be a limited menu for the afternoon openings.   We hope you can visit us soon!...

Limited Edition IVY HONEY now available

This honey is a rarity collected by the bees only on unseasonably warm days in October. It is not often we get the opportunity to harvest it.  We only have a very limited supply of this beautiful honey, and when it’s gone we don’t know when we will have the chance to produce it again so take advantage of our worker bees Autumn treat.
