1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Mix honey and cinnamon.
2. Take it 2 times a day, for 3 days as soon as you feel a cold or flu coming on.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
1 cup of water
1. Bring water to a light boil, remove from heat and pour into a glass.
2. Add honey, cinnamon, lemon, and stir.
3. Drink the tea 2 times a day, for 3 days.
