Exmoor Heather honey available in a 1.5kg tub! This honey is delicious and has won the taste of the west GOLD award. The bees forage on Ling Heather at the end of July and this beautiful honey is collected in August. Clover ends in July so it is a rush to get the hives moved in time. It is extremely challenging to produce but we are rewarded by this fabulous honey which has a strong and distinctive taste with a thick and luscious texture.
